Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cleveland, TX or Livingston, TX. As an Occupational Therapist at Crow Therapies, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop personalized plans of care, and provide assessments, treatments, and instructions to help individuals achieve their full potential.

  • Evaluate patients/clients and develop a plan of care with associated goals, including quantifiable physical and functional targets
  • Provide assessments, treatments, instructions, and other occupational therapy services according to the scope of practice limitations per state statute

Requirements
  • A graduate of a certified Occupational Therapy Program approved by the Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners
  • A person licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas
  • A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post-training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position
  • A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position
