Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for adult members with mental health needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, as needed.
- Participate in staff conferences and contribute to the development of treatment programs.
- Provide education and support to members and their families, promoting adherence to treatment plans and healthy coping strategies.
- Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
- Experience working with adult populations, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and mental health assessment and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience working in a psychiatric treatment team or outpatient setting.
- Knowledge of DSM-V and ability to utilize it in assessment and diagnosis.
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
