Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order files and formulas, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Pull and load products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
  • Tint and mix products to customer specifications, providing a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Maintain the store vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, and safety procedures when driving a vehicle.
  • Prepare reports and documents relating to deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
