• Diagnose and repair residential drain systems to ensure peak performance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, both in and out of the company truck
• Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance standards and contribute to the growth and success of the company

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment and tools as needed
