Job Opportunity

We are seeking a distinguished, senior-level chemical ecologist to join our team as a short-term visiting instructor and scholar. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to graduate education, collaborate on research, and enrich our academic community.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an advanced-level course in chemical ecology to graduate students.
  • Establish research collaborations among other faculty in the Department.
  • Mentor graduate students and serve on student thesis committees.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Chemical Ecology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research, as evidenced by publications in reputable journals and successful grant applications.
  • Prior experience teaching at the graduate level is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and external partners.
Duration and Compensation
  • The visiting scholar position is temporary, typically ranging up to one semester per academic year.
  • Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
