Key Responsibilities:
Lead inter-disciplinary technical activities in developing engineering work packages.
Develop and implement project work plans aligned with contractual obligations and schedules.
Contribute to budgeting and man-hour estimates, ensuring cost-effective progress.

Collaborate with engineering teams for compliant designs and drawing reviews.
Participate in procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships.

Handle Scope Change Notices, change orders, specifications, and bid evaluations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards within an EPC company.
Proficient in managing small to mid-cap projects.
Detailed understanding of industry standards, policies, and procedures.
Skilled in CPM scheduling, project controls, and project management.
Wide general knowledge of engineering disciplines, with expertise in at least one.
Cultivates and maintains extensive contacts within the industry, adept in persuasion and negotiation.
