Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
- Position patients, prep patients, and circulate cases with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license to practice in the state.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a perioperative setting, preferably in a fast-paced ASC environment.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
