The Alpha Group is seeking a Enamel Finishing Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating wet grinding wheels to remove hard-fired enamel
  • Removing excess plastic epoxy using dry sanding belts or abrasive wheels
  • Preparing stones and gems by cutting, shaping, and polishing to specifications
  • Performing quality inspections using magnifying glasses

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to multitask
