Youth Development Coach

Strategic Therapy Associates Inc is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Coach to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Family Coach will work with at-risk youth and families, providing guidance and support in developing emotional expression, positive social interactions, and coping techniques. They will help minimize risk behaviors and encourage positive behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one life-skills training, coaching, and support to clients
- Engage with clients in a positive, professional, and respectful manner during sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to client progress
- Correspond with team members to provide updates on client's progress
- Transport clients to-and-from programs or community outings safely and efficiently
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can engage difficult clients. A valid Driver's License, own vehicle, good driving record, and willingness to transport youth within the community are essential requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in the human services field
- Experience working with at-risk children and/or adolescents
- Ability to restrain escalated clients as needed (training provided)
