Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Specialist to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Oversee the safe and efficient functioning of boilers and associated equipment, ensuring the production of steam, hot water, air conditioning, and heating throughout the healthcare environment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including snow removal and grounds upkeep as required.

Qualifications

• Education: A valid high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: A current driver's license is required. A valid high-pressure steam boiler operator license is preferred, with the expectation to obtain a state boiler license within the first year of employment.
• Experience: Previous experience with diesel generators, plumbing, and electrical services is advantageous.
