Job Opportunity

True North Hotel Group Inc is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at the TownePlace Suites in Leavenworth, KS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist housekeeping personnel in performing heavy-duty work as directed by the Senior Housekeeper.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, and landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise room, employee lounge, and other public areas.
  • Remove and clean soiled linens.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and/or walk for an extended period.
  • Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department, and other required organizations according to local codes.
  • Experience in hospitality is a plus.
