The primary goal of this position is to oversee and execute effective retail strategies and manage store operations to foster financial growth and uphold brand integrity.
Sales Associates will be responsible for a variety of tasks including customer engagement, sales, merchandising, and operational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace and represent the rich history and legacy of Levi Strauss & Co.
- Exhibit exceptional product knowledge.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all patrons by utilizing The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
- Meet or exceed daily store and individual sales objectives.
- Follow established procedures for cash handling.
- Adhere to safety, security, and loss prevention protocols.
- Assist stock associates with product replenishment and security tagging on the sales floor as needed.
- Support merchandise pricing when required.
- Maintain store aesthetics in accordance with Levi's visual standards and overall cleanliness guidelines.
- Ensure efficient and accurate replenishment of the sales floor through RFID-based inventory management.
- Possess basic technological proficiency – familiarity with iOS, basic troubleshooting of devices, and understanding of technical training materials.
Basic Qualifications:
- Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, along with prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
- Preferred previous experience in customer service for at least 1 year.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Exhibit qualities such as being Structured, Organized, Methodical, Consistent, and Adaptable.
