Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food preparation and presentation according to standard recipes and special diet orders.
  • Food production planning and coordination with meal serving hours.
  • Menu item knowledge and comprehension.
  • Standard kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Sanitation and food production code adherence.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields.
  • Kitchen equipment knowledge and brickoven/pizza cooking techniques.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
