Position Overview:

The Senior IT Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure projects that align with our Corporate Real Estate initiatives.

This role necessitates effective communication across various teams and with IT leadership, monitoring project performance, budget, and timelines, maintaining project scope, and following change management protocols.

The Coordinator should possess a high level of independence in executing responsibilities, making project-related decisions with minimal supervision while adhering to general guidance.


  • Oversee multiple IT/Infrastructure and Airport Operations initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with fellow project coordinators to maintain uniformity in project management practices and methodologies.
  • Facilitate project activities by coordinating with team members across different sectors, vendors, external agencies, and partners.
  • Document and proactively manage project dependencies, challenges, and risks until resolution.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on project status, risks, challenges, etc., to departmental leadership and sponsors.
  • Define, estimate, and strategize new IT/Infrastructure and Airport projects.
  • Monitor, manage, report, and forecast project labor hours and financial metrics.
  • Manage necessary technology procurement, collaborating with procurement and vendors to ensure purchase orders, delivery, and invoicing align with project timelines.
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing multiple concurrent IT projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PPM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to various business levels.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with appropriate stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance is a fundamental aspect of this role.
