The Middlefield Banking Company is a full-service commercial bank and LPL Financial brokerage headquartered in Middlefield, Ohio. We have 21 branches serving various communities, providing quality personal financial services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to new, potential, and existing customers.
- Receive and process all transactions for customer-related business, including check cashing, deposits, loan payments, safe deposit rent payments, sales of negotiable instruments, and wire transfers.
- Support and promote all bank products and services while conversing with customers.
Requirements:
- Experienced and knowledgeable in cash handling skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
- Works with integrity and honesty in a team atmosphere.
