About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at Central Regional Hospital. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff across all disciplines of the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to staff via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Document and track support tickets using our ticketing system
  • Assist with the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of desktop computer systems, printers, and other end-user devices connected to the network
  • Provide training and education to staff on various software applications and systems

Requirements
  • Associate degree in computer science or an IT-related field from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
