About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Duke's Malibu, a renowned restaurant located in Malibu, California. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and leading a team
  • Exceptional culinary skills and knowledge of food production and presentation
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
