Job Summary

The General Tree Care Team is the backbone of our operation, providing high-quality tree care services to our clients. As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled arborists in delivering exceptional results.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of experts in the field of arboriculture, utilizing your knowledge and skills to ensure the health and well-being of our clients' landscapes.

As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of arborists in providing high-quality tree care services
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of team members and clients
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with branch management to achieve business objectives

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of up to $33 per hour, paid time off, paid benefits, and a 401(K) Savings Plan. Additionally, we provide opportunities for training and continuing education to help you grow in your career.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in arboriculture, with a focus on tree care and pruning
  • Knowledge of tree care safety standards and protocols
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of arborists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
