Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in Boise, ID. As a member of our clinical team, you will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients, working collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality mental health services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure timely and effective client care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health
- Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care we provide
- Must be a licensed mental health professional with a PhD or PsyD in psychology or a related field
- Must be licensed and living in the state of Idaho
- Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
