Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled licensed Senior Engineer/Architect to join our fast-paced environment at The Falcon Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural and engineering projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and document existing conditions, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Prepare detailed correspondence with clients and contractors, maintaining professionalism throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise during design and construction phases, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in the architectural/engineering consulting industry.
  • Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license is required.
  • QPSI license is required.
  • OSHA-30 Certification (NY) is preferred.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
