About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement control wiring designs for power and special application equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Create and manage parts lists to meet customer and standard specification requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to select necessary parts and prepare bills of materials and material releases.
  • Work closely with electrical, mechanical engineering, consultants, customers, and vendors to understand and apply controls devices and associated wiring designs effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices using existing software and development tools to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of design standards and wiring protocols to ensure industry-leading standards.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and success.
  • Support sales and quotation development as needed, providing technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Entry-level position, new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of power system design and specifications.
  • Experience designing and implementing electrical systems for large manufacturing power systems or industrial equipment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in schematic design using AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills to support customer interaction and design reviews.

Compensation:

$65,000+ base salary
