Position Overview

The NDT Inspection Specialist will play a crucial role in executing non-destructive evaluations and assessments on various structures and components to detect imperfections, irregularities, and inconsistencies. This position requires the application of diverse NDT methodologies and practices to ensure adherence to industry regulations and client requirements.

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Qualified individuals may have the opportunity for an enhanced compensation package for relocation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification as SNT Level II in MT/PT/UTT methods is mandatory.
  • SNT Level II certification in RT is advantageous.
  • Experience in PMI/Hardness Testing is beneficial.
  • Current SPRAT and/or IRATA Rope Access certification is a plus.
  • Experience in refinery settings is considered favorable.
  • Able to mentor and train NDE assistants.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing is required.
  • Pre-employment background verification will be conducted.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move, carry, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and climbing.
  • Maintain an active presence throughout the work shift.
  • Vision capabilities: near vision and distance vision.
  • Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.
