Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for medical professionals to diagnose and treat patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for medical professionals
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • High School Graduate
  • Graduate of an approved School of Radiology
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
