Core Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Facilitate communication with staff and concierge using a two-way radio.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Coordinate guest room reservations for residents' family and friends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or secretarial role.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • New Hampshire Notary certification is preferred but not mandatory.
