Welder Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at inSync Staffing. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate TIG and MIG welds on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel parts.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet required standards.
Prepare parts for welding by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting.
Change wire and welding equipment as needed.
Adhere to safety rules regarding machine operation and guarding.
Perform first-piece and ongoing inspections to maintain product quality.
Keep work area clean and perform routine equipment maintenance.
Maintain basic reports on productivity, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and mobility.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to distinguish and identify different components and part colors.
