Digital Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building strong connections with customers and driving revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with customers, resulting in increased loyalty and retention.
This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $60,000 per year, commissions on sales performance, and bonus potential. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and consultation

- Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related phone work preferred
- Strong sales skills, particularly with upselling and closing abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
