Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Poultry Processing Specialist to join our team at Peco Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect all products for defects and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Work at a safe pace to maintain efficient production and meet production needs
  • Be familiar with and maintain compliance with all applicable departmental and facility job hazard analysis (JHA) and job safety analysis (JSA)
  • Understand and adhere to all food safety, HACCAP, and OSHA regulations
  • Work well with a team and independently, with the ability to adapt to changing production needs
  • Be available to work overtime when necessary to meet production demands
Physical Demands
  • Ability to move (bend, stoop, climb stairs) within the department
  • Ability to stand up to 100% of the scheduled shift
  • Ability to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme cold or hot temperatures
Requirements
  • No training, education or experience required
  • Urine Drug Test Required
  • Wages: $15.10/hour
