We are in search of an exceptional Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in data analytics to spearhead projects focused on customer engagement and behavior optimization. This position requires a high degree of adaptability to changing work conditions and a proactive mindset towards collaboration, striving for excellence in all endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics capacity.
- Analyze site funnel metrics to uncover insights related to traffic trends, click-through behaviors, customer engagement, product performance, and purchasing patterns.
- Enhance business outcomes by collaborating with analytics professionals and vendors to transform raw data into actionable insights, utilizing various formats such as dashboards, triggered reports, or tailored research analyses.
- Provide support to the Marketing and Brand teams by delivering insights and narratives that bolster their initiatives.
- Translate business needs into data requirements effectively.
- Address ad hoc data inquiries while promoting a culture of knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Exhibit a proven ability to convert data-driven insights into accessible business language and engaging presentations, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in start-ups, consulting, or other roles within high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in SQL, including advanced joins and basic query optimizations, along with experience in creating and managing dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with at least one analytics programming language, such as Python.
- Strong background in various data mining and analysis tools, techniques, and concepts.
- Experience in implementing models, simulations, and data visualization while utilizing distributed data/computing tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively among competing objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
