Join Our Team as a Veterinarian at Carlsen Animal Hospital

Carlsen Animal Hospital, a thriving small animal practice, is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join our general practice team. Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, enabling us to expedite the diagnosis of illnesses and develop accurate treatment plans, resulting in higher treatment success rates and better outcomes.

Our doctors are skilled diagnosticians who will help explain the purpose of each diagnostic test, treatment options, and expected results. We are a busy general practice open Monday - Friday, and the ideal candidate will be willing and able to help grow the practice by offering excellent preventative care, performing routine surgery and dentistry, recommending appropriate and detailed case workups, and providing thorough client communication and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality veterinary care to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
