Family Medicine Physician in Jacksonville, FL

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Sanitas Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care
- Conduct physical examinations, obtain health histories, and prescribe medications as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to our Health Information Management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices
- Current unrestricted State Medical License
- Current State D.E.A. Certificate
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Practice
- Annual continuing medical education as required by Board specialty
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Minimum Two years of experience working in primary care with a multicultural patient population
- Geriatric experience a plus
