Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing initial submissions for requests to exceed HUD allowable costs and extension of time requests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mortgage industry, with experience in property preservation and FHA claims. Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze initial submissions for requests to exceed HUD allowable costs and extension of time requests
  • Verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Compile information and maintain a wide variety of financial or other records
  • Direct lower-level clerks and provide guidance on administrative matters
Requirements
  • 5+ years of office experience
  • 3+ years of mortgage industry experience
  • MCM, property & preservation, FHA claims experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • 40+ WPM 10-key
