Cleanroom Specialist

We are seeking a Cleaning Validation Specialist to join our team at Strides Pharma Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleaning validation and compliance with cGMP regulations.

This role requires a strong understanding of cleaning validation principles, regulations, and industry best practices. You will work closely with production, quality assurance, and other departments to optimize cleaning processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement cleaning validation protocols and SOPs
• Conduct risk assessments to identify critical cleaning parameters and potential residues
• Design and execute sampling plans to verify cleaning effectiveness
• Analyze and interpret cleaning validation data using statistical methods
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance departments to troubleshoot and resolve cleaning-related issues

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemical Engineering preferred)
• 4-5 years of experience in cleaning validation within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong hands-on experience with cleaning validation protocols and processes
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
