We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Boundless Care, Inc. as a Bilingual Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, enhancing their daily lives, and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met.
- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments and engagements, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications, promoting adherence to their treatment plans.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one-year experience working with the elderly or frail population required.
- Certifications: CPR and first-aid certification required.
- Language Skills: Bilingual skills in Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients, as well as perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule required.
