About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to Starbucks standards.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality food items, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads, according to Starbucks standards.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by following cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking supplies, to ensure that the store has the necessary products to meet guest demand.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Starbucks Barista or in a related role is preferred.
  • Guest Service Skills: Excellent guest service skills, including the ability to greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including peak periods and unexpected events.
