Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Lead to join our team at P3 Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our new construction plumbing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage new construction plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and train plumbing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in new construction plumbing, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
