Job Summary:
As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a critical role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images for patients. This position requires a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging principles, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This position is primarily focused on x-ray, CT, and nuclear medicine, although we are willing to train. You will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging examinations, including x-rays, ultrasound, and CT/CAT scans. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret clinical information from clinical team meetings to meet radiology needs of patients
- Apply thorough and accurate imaging techniques for patient positioning respective to the order
- Monitor radiation exposure time and activity with hyper-sensitivity
- Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in, or graduate of a Radiology Technology program or graduate of a post-secondary allied health profession program
- New Grads Welcome
- ARRT certification
- NDMIRT certification
- AHA Basic Life Support CPR (BLS-CPR) certification
- ARDMS board certification within 12 months
- Licensed in the State of North Dakota

Preferred Qualifications:
- CT and Nuclear Medicine experience
