- Education: Hold a degree from a regionally accredited institution and meet one of the following eligibility requirements: Hold a valid teaching credential in the desired subject or Eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit or Eligibility for a Short Term Staff Permit.
- Knowledge and Skills: Commitment to KIPP's mission and vision, commitment to being an anti-racist educator, strong content area knowledge, and proficient knowledge of Google Suite applications.
