As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating medical program compliance, documenting medical appointments, and ensuring accurate medication administration records.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and document medical program compliance in accordance with Agency & OASAS policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide support to residents and on-site daily for oversight and documentation of self-medication.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical appointments, track outcomes, and needs.
- Complete and monitor medication administration records.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active, unrestricted LPN licensure in New York.
- Behavioral health or acute detox experience highly preferred.
