Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Machine Operator to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating complex assembly equipment to meet production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate all machines in assigned area, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
  • Operate high-precision machines, performing required operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Instruct personnel on proper setup procedures, including tooling, machine adjustments, and process control methods.
  • Solve and participate in solving issues related to process, documentation, machine, and quality, recommending new equipment or processes as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance in an efficient and safe manner, observing established safe working and housekeeping procedures.
  • Participate in and take proactive roles in AS9100, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, corrective action, identification, and solution verification.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience performing set-ups on similar production equipment.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
