Job Title: ELA Content Coach

Acceleration Academies is seeking a highly qualified ELA Content Coach to join our team. As a Content Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic success of our students.

Job Summary

The ELA Content Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality ELA content to our students. This includes creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized support to students as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver ELA content to students
  • Assess student progress and provide individualized support
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in ELA education
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field
  • Secondary ELA/English credential in the state of Florida
  • At least 2+ years of relevant teaching experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
