The Michael Page company is looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead industrial construction projects in Manassas, VA.

This role requires a leader with expertise in managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, collaborate with project teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Experience in Medical offices, SCIF spaces, Spec suites, TI type of work.
  • Capacity to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
