Responsibilities- Prepares equipment before and during procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, providing tailored care that meets individual needs.
- Maintains a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent complications.
- Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Participates in the orientation of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Utilizes downtime effectively by restocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by the Charge person or manager.
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous Procedural Area experience is preferred but not mandatory.
$27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
