Per Diem Athletic Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Per Diem Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services for our organization. As an Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for providing injury prevention and emergency care, coordinating athlete care, documenting treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
This role involves working closely with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support. You will need to possess a relevant degree, BOC certification, and maintain your state license, alongside strong communication and critical thinking skills.

What You'll Do:
- Provide AT services for athletic events and competition
- Coordinate, manage, and implement medical and risk management of all athletes
- Document injury, illness, treatment, rehabilitation, etc., in adherence with JAG Athletic Training policy and state of licensure professional practice standards
- Utilize effective communication skills to involve athlete, family, and others as necessary and appropriate in plan of care
- Collaborate with other JAG professionals in programs such as Physical Therapy and refer for service when needed
