Job Overview

Dental Care of North Fort Myers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental hygiene services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene exams and provide personalized treatment plans to patients.
  • Develop and implement effective dental hygiene strategies to promote patient oral health and prevent disease.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Florida and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
