Position Overview

Café Attendants play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by providing a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your primary responsibility will be to serve a variety of beverages while ensuring each customer feels valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Educate patrons about our selection of premium coffees and teas, sharing your knowledge and passion.
  • Assist in various tasks as directed by the management team, contributing to a smooth operation.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong customer service and cash handling skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, is essential. A uniform shirt will be provided, while employees are expected to supply their own pants in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Training and Experience

Participation in all pre-season training sessions is mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
