Nurse Extern

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Extern to join our team at Mission Hospital. As a Nurse Extern, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
Responsibilities- Assist the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the Nurse Extern's skills/training and the needs of the Department.
- Consistently assist the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment.
- Perform a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
- Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of nursing.
- Preferred Education: 1+ years of nursing school completed, or as mandated by state of practice.
- Preferred Experience: 1 + years of experience in an acute care setting.
