As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
**About the Role**
As a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. This includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
