Server Extraordinaire

As a Banquet Server at Hotel Indigo Waco-Baylor, your primary goal is to provide personalized service and create a memorable experience for our guests. You will work closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed guest expectations.

• Review and implement relevant food handling safety regulations to guarantee the highest standards of quality and safety
• Serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism, attending to their needs and requests in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during events

$11 - $13 per hour + tip outs

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• Demonstrate prior experience working in the hospitality industry, preferably in a server or related role
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
• Exhibit outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
