Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Marvel Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join their team in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of medical imaging principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any emergencies
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • 1-2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
