Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Partners In Staffing. This role will be responsible for coordinating sales seminars, client relationships, and other business essential tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating sales seminars and client events, including venue research, procurement, budgetary management, and communications with guests.
  • Handling scheduling and appointments with attentiveness and organization, focusing on annuity sales appointments.
  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing business correspondence.
  • Maintaining good organization of client records, including CRM updates and appointment statistics reports.
  • Providing support for special projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with sales event coordinating for executive tier events.
  • Familiarity with working in and maintaining client records using CRM software, Microsoft365, and OneDrive.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
